Jade Integrative Health & Wellness Inc. Terms of Use
The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, these “Terms of Use”), govern your access to and use of JadeIntegrativeHealth.com, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through JadeIntegrativeHealth.com (the “Website”), whether as a guest or a registered user.
This website is owned and operated by Jade Integrative Health & Wellness Inc. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors access to various health and wellness services in the form of energy healing, energy medicine, meditation, breath work and other energy based modalities. By accessing or using the website and our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these legal terms.
PAYMENT, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Payments for individual healing sessions are required at or before time of session. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. This fee is subject to change. A no show/missed appointment will be invoiced the full rate. Two unreasonable no-shows will terminate our client-practitioner relationship.
The fee for the individual sessions are to be paid either at time of booking or at time of appointment. Full package fees, courses, workshops, group coaching and group healing sessions of any form, are to be paid in full at time of booking or registering for that service or event. Failure to pay fees for any service provided will result in termination of the client-practitioner agreement.
Failure to show up for any portion of a series of classes or group coaching program, any workshop or group healing event will result in you forfeiting all of, or that portion of the program or event or program. Jade Integrative Health & Wellness Inc. is not responsible for any form of compensation for missed events, portions of events, or sessions.
The prices we charge for using our services are listed on this website. We reserve the right to change our prices for services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. All prices are subject to GST for Canadian residents. As fees for services will increase with time, you should always pay attention to the listed price when you book anything on this website.
There are no refunds for sessions and services that have already been completed. If you purchase a package and are not satisfied part way through, Jade Integrative Health & Wellness Inc. will refund you for the remaining unused portion of the package, within the scope of the cancellation policy. Depending on the service or package, there are different policy’s to be confirmed as read at checkout. It is your responsibility to read these upon booking services or packages.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jade Integrative Health & Wellness Inc. assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein. You agree to absolve the Company of any and all liability or loss that you or any person or entity associated with you may suffer or incur as a result of use of the information contained on this website and/or service you engaged in with this Company.

If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or reminder notices you may change this by unsubscribing, contacting us at amy@jadeintegrativehealth.com or by selecting the option to not receive communications via newsletters, when given the option, where possible.
RIGHT TO TERMINATE SERVICES
We reserve the terminate your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.
RIGHT TO CHANGE AND MODIFY TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically.
