1-1 Breathwork Meditation Session

Service Description

This is a private one-on-one session, vs a group event. The difference is that I will more directly observe energy blocks that may shift easier with a witness, hear specific messages that may come though for you, or be able to give you more specific feedback than in a group setting. The Pranayama breath work is a 2 part inhale, followed by a large exhale. It gets energy moving through the body as spirit is invited into the body via the breath. This energy moves through emotional blocks that are held in the body, aiding in the release of old patterns and trauma, connecting you to the energy of self-love. The active breathing will be approximately 30-40 minutes with about 10 minutes of quiet normal breathing for integration after. Please find a quiet area to lie down where you will not be disturbed. Have a blanket to keep you warm and and bolster or pillow for under your knees. No pillow under you head please, as you need your neck to be flat/open, (unless you have a physical restraint that a pillow is required for). You may like an eye pillow, or your favourite essential oils & crystals. Also be sure to bring a journal & pen, and water. Make it your own special ceremony! This is currently offered via zoom.


Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled time. Less than 24 hours notice will be billed at 50% of the full fee amount. Full fee will be required for completely missed appointments as this time has been specifically set aside for you and could have been used for another client in need.
